3 or 5 of Something Inkspirational DT

There's a new challenge at Inkspirational!

Simon Says Stamp Magical Christmas/Painted Faith dies, Avery Elle Wonky Stitches,Technique Tuesday Bubbles on the Border,Crimper,Versamark,Stampendous Aged Ivory Embossing Enamel

This time it's Nonni's choice:

I used 5 bubbles cut from Technique Tuesday's Bubbles on the Border.

I'm always pleased when I make a masculine card AND
bring out my beloved crimper.

I found it best to crimp first, die cut second.

I did embossing after the fact, using Versamark Ink and Stampendous Embossing enamel.

Only the "hills" are embossed, and the "valleys" are left mostly orange.

That's it for me, but visit Inkspirational~

we have a special guest this month, Milla!

Come see what she and the rest of my teammates have created

and please join us with your unique creation!

Fancy Fold w/ Just Us Girls

This is my last week of being a guest at Just Us Girls, and

I'm so appreciative for the opportunity!

This week the challenge is a fancy fold, so I chose a Z Fold card.

When you can't pick a fave from a stamp set, you use all three!

I thought a Z-Fold Card would be the perfect platform for this gorgeous trio~

There are other fancy fold options:

Here's where I learned my Z-Fold technique

Try your hand at one of these fun folds and link up your creation!

Calm Down

The Rabbit Hole Caffeinated Fox/Sassy Sentiments

This sentiment from The Rabbit Hole Designs Sassy Sentiments caught my attn. :)

It reminded me of when I first took my boldest girlie driving.

I prayed about the best time to risk my life.

We did it with LOTS of snow on the ground.

I was thinking it was tough for ANYONE to drive in, we were basically SLEDDING.

If something happened...well...SNOW, right?! ;)

This Caffeinated Fox was one of my fave coffee critters released from this company and those panels are misc from whenever ago.

Pivot, Pivot, Pivot!

I wanted to make SOMETHING with this Ink Road set, but couldn't choose between all the delightful sentiments and images.

Ink Road Stamps The One With All the Stamps, Brutus Monroe Outer Space, Gina K Wreath Builder Stencil, Copics

When I got Gina K's wreath builder stencil, it came to me.
This challenge inspiration pointed me in the direction of a spinning panel, allowing me to use multiple sentiments~yay!

Ok, so I added a telescope to the "wreath", thinking that the show Friends had one to spy on their neighbor.

I researched and found out they didn't.

Imma gonna let that go, because enough time has been invested.

Also, I'm happy I finally made something with the set and can mail it soon.

 Since it's a funny show, (and a play on words too...pivot pivot pivot...get it??? ;) )

VW Kombi

Practical Publishing Life's An Adventure, Brutus Monroe Bold Rainbow paper, Avery Elle Double Pierced Rectangle, Spellbinders Classic Circles

When I see a retro photo like this one, I reach for the Rainbow Pack ;).

I had to glaze the windshield twice... the first time I laid a card RIGHT ON TOP of what wasn't dry.
You can imagine what that did.

You Rock

Quite possibly the coolest stamp set I own. ;)

Brutus Monroe Rock On, Avery Elle Double Pierced Rectangles

I had to rock it, so to speak. ;)

Oh and by the way...this is as cool as I get.
Rockin' cards.
In real life, I walk into a Harley store and make the guy chuckle.
True story.
He LAUGHED, and then he asked, "why are you here".
Yah, I'm "that" cool. ;)
I cleared my throat to say I was there to buy a shirt for my brother-in-law.
He actually looked relieved. ;)
If you saw me walk in you'd be relieved I wasn't out on a motorcycle.
Just sayin'.
I know my place.
the end.

Hello Vacation

Brutus Monroe Summer Fun/Wave Background, Snowglobe stamp and die, Brutus Monroe Slate Cardstock, vase filler sand, Copics, White Uni-ball pen

I was inspired months ago by this post by Luisana

~so much so, that I walked into the Brutus Monroe store asking for the plain snowglobe so I could fill it with whatever. ;)

I even masked ...that's a stretch for me. ;)

Garden Inkspirational DT

stamps: The Ink Road Full Circle, My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched Circle, Amy Tangerine Sunshine & Good Times Paper Pad

It's time for another challenge at Inkspirational!

This patterned paper from Amy Tangerine's Sunshine and Good Times looks like a garden.

I created a subtle shaker window with a bit of shine floating about.

The sentiment and graphic circles are from the Ink Road Full Circle stamp set.
