Many times I'll feature more than two companies, because I purchase products with playtime in mind.

I fall in love with so many releases, and it's nice to have various companies that compliment each other.

This card came together for my daughter's client that needed encouragement.

Since my daughter cleans homes, I thought this would be a lovely focal point.

DT INk Use Stencil

 

The Stamp Market Pet Collar and Paw Print dies, Picket Fence Studios Stella Puppy sentiment and white paste, Brutus Monroe Pastel Deco patterned paper 

It's time for a new challenge at INkspirational~

The challenge is use stencils with the option of paste, so I used a free paste I had gotten with my Picket Fence order once.

It's sparkly and kind of fuzzy, so I paired it with a stencil I made out of the paw print die from The Stamp Market.

I cut the paw from copy paper and carefully scraped the paste into the paw, and cut the paw out (after it was dry, of course!).

It's time for a new challenge at INkspirational!

This time it's Pia's choice, and she prompted us with the Spotlight Technique.

I tried to keep it simple (many times simple gets it done).

I grabbed the nearest remnant and placed it over this stamped image I had to have (leftover framing from a sentiment die).

I then colored with Copics within the framing.

I had put a lot of thought into this circle burst purchase, because peppermints are hard to find! 

 It's a creation I had fun with, in that I glimmer hot foiled to my heart's content (background and sentiment).

I didn't hold back on shine, and went with mirror paper snowflakes as well.

I don't know about you, but when I receive a new stamp, I really want to create with it ASAP.

I don't always have the motivation, though.

This color challenge, however, had me craft soonish! 

It leaned me toward patriotic colors and a Bible verse from Verve (no longer in business).

It's for a dear friend I pray to encourage.

Hero Arts wooden stamp/Heroscapes sentiment, Technique Tuesday Shade and Valance, My Favorite Things Peek-A-Boo Stitched Window

The prompt is Fold, so I tried out this die for the first time, and it's a Technique Tuesday Shade and Valance die.

I had to fold the peak and valleys to give the shade proper dimension.

Behind the window is an image stamped from a Hero Arts wooden stamp.

This card came together organically, in that I had the background available, and the other pieces seemed to fit on them well.

I felt it was appropriate for sympathy cards, which unfortunately, is always needed.

I used embossing folders for texture and Papertrey Ink sentiment borders, which I've had for awhile now (not sure if they are currently still available).
