Island Girl

This image reminds me of a wahine from my Hawaii.

(stamps:Unity Wondrous,Flourishes Tiny Flowers and Tags  dies: Spellbinders Blossom Tags sentiment)

I stamped on one of those ombre panels I watercolored when I was playing with backdrops for this card.

I partially die-cut the image (fussy cutting the long hair first and sticking it out of the die) because I didn't want to cut off her pretty hair.

oh yes! Very pretty! Love your little die trick, I don't do it often I get a crease where the paper rests on top of my die...any tips?

What great skills you have using dies. Great idea to fussy cute the hair first. Lovely card.

I love how you've used that gorgeous Unity images, Marlena! I'm always unsure about coloring people images but this is a brilliant way to avoid that and it looks so cool. Great partial die cutting too! Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!
