~Waltzingmouse Sketch~

I brought out my Teeny Trees set again...

I can't help myself!

I designed a fall camouflaged focal point with the splotchy element...stamping each color twice (darker/lighter effect)..rotating as I went.

Those little leaves were punched with the wittlest leaf punch you ever did see from Recollections (Christmas stocking stuffer last year from girlies and hubby).

Check out Anya's gorgeous sketch

Thanks for stopping by~blessings!

~A Neon Christmas Card~

Today's card was inspired by

(Neon,Hexagon,Chevron)

I picked Neon!

and Flourishes Timeless Tuesday #186
(a Pinterest Christmas)

My inspiration is here
Pinterest Neon Penquins

If you made it back...LOL, here's my lil' ole card.

I used my Flourishes Enjoy the Ride set and a Christmas sentiment from a retired JustRite set.

Since I don't have neon inks (YET!!)...I applied splotches with my Elmer's Neon Paint Markers.

The sentiment was inked in the brightest pink I've got: Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry (summer limited edition).

This ought to make some eyes pop on Christmas!

~Rustic Jar of Sea~

There are so many fun challenges to play with...it's hard to choose sometimes, isn't it?

I DO LOVE how they inspire and motivate me to finish a card, though!

I picked up some of this and that which were sitting on my desk~waiting for a card to call home.

I used a jar filled with the "sea" for the
Jars of Joy Challenge in the Moxie Fab World.

I added birthday banners for the
There She Goes Birthday Celebration Day 4:Banners
with a birthday theme.

~My Heroes~My Parents~

I feel so bad.

Did you know that Sunday was Grandparents' Day?

Well, good gravy, I didn't.

I don't have a single Grandparents' sentiment either.

Do you?

If you know of a Grandparents' Day sentiment, please let me know!

This card is late...but needed to be created.

~Did You CUT APART YOUR STAMP???!!!~

Did you cut apart your stamp?

On purpose?!!

I did.

I really did.

I have to admit, the idea made me queasy.

Erin Lincoln, hostess on Make It Monday #82 made me do it!!! ;) LOL

Well, she didn't MAKE ME DO it, but she encouraged me to do it.

It's crazy...but believe me, you'll survive!

Watch the video to know what to cut and what NOT to cut.

I have the set Count My Blessings that fit the category of "OKAY to cut apart".

The phrase was originally "today because".

I wanted to use "today", so I cut that perfect stamp APART.

gasp, shock, awe.

I know.

I paired it with Teach & Inspire's sentiment.

While today is still today...let us inspire and encourage~

AMEN???!!!
