I included a picture of the front panel of this record sleeve, to show that it's slightly bigger than the Concord and Ninth Greatest Hits record sleeve die. I really wanted to use this image, without any of it being cut off.
I used a small circle die (partially cut) to create a notch that mimicked a record sleeve.
