Rainbow Streamers

Thanks to Winnie & Walter's generous drawings for their 4th Birthday Bash, I was able to stock up on some new dies to match my stamp sets.

When I opened the Happy Birthday to You Cutaways~I mistook the icing layers as streamers.

Once I realized their true purpose...I decided to use them as streamers anyway. ;)

I cut out a handful of them, sponging the negatives in rainbow colors for the following challenge.
