This dynamic sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch...
Celebrations with optional twist of die cutting/fussy cutting
(I applied the truck rub-on to black cardstock and fussy cut it and the "happy" sentiment)
(I was inspired by the chrome shine in this photo-hence the papers and embossing folders chosen)
