We need to give ourselves grace.

 

One way, is to acknowledge the amount of energy it takes to stay calm in these days.

 

 

Think about this...you're treading water in the middle of a deep ocean.

 

Now imagine treading water, surrounded by a circle of fire, and you're trying to stay in the center of it.

 

This picture came to mind.

 

I don't know about you, but I see a big difference.

 

None of us were prepared for this, the full weight and scope of this.

It's so sad, but my daughter's friend lost her mom yesterday.

There were health issues that kept her hospitalized and she has passed.

My word, sometimes all you can do is card, and pray.

Mannnnnn what a world we live in.

My word friends.

I want you to know I am praying in Jesus name for this new normal to not break us.

 May we come out of this as stronger versions of who we have been working on and closer to who we are meant to be when it's all said and done.
