I was inspired by Nichole Heady's card of a handful of colors framing a sentiment.

 I'm super happy I made it to Thursday and I'm hanging on to this train until it stops Saturday.

Sponged Stripes

My world is white with ❄❅❆ today!!!

I got stuck in it once so far...

that's all it took for me to buy a 'lil shovel for the car.

Here's a bright card for this snowy white day...

I love the THROWDOWN colors and wanted to play !!!

This is my first inking of these adorable balloons.

I don't color much, so sponging was my way of adding pops of color. 😃

I hope you don't get stuck in snow like I did...but if you do...

think of a voice belting out "I BELIEVE IN YOU!!!" like my sweet teen did!  😆 

 It's already one of those days....

 

Winter Coffee Wishes

Oh, it's winter here for surrrrrrre today.

Got a little practice driving in it this morning 😌.

So here's my wintry coffee creation ~

 The colors aren't your typical wintry mix...but I am allll about orange lately!

Fun technique and gorgeous card to behold there!!!

So, I'm not ready to let go of orange just yet...

 The penguins,snowflakes and sentiments are stamped in Versamark and embossed in white.

I outlined the penguins with a marker, and finished off with the longest border I own~it's a classic.

LOVE that eyelet lace. 😍

I should emboss more~I forget how fun it is!!!

I pulled out my Movers & Shakers Zippers die and rounded the corners for the first-layer.

All my sponging and whatnot was done on a 4X6 panel that I die cut the classic tree silhouette with.
