It's time for a new challenge at INkspirational!
This time it's a lovely monochrome mood board.
We had a black dress wedding to attend, so I created a simple sparkly.
The top half stamped panel is embossed with Brutus Monroe MicDrop.
The bottom edge was embossed with Brutus Monroe ultra fine Raven.
I then swooshed Black Soot distress ink over part of the stamped panel, which gives an illusion of tulle covering a section (without the bulky material).
When I rarely use a bow, I punch two holes in the panel so I don't have to wrap completely around the card.
I didn't go with stars...but flowers can have the same effect when you keep it dramatic and uncolored!
Please visit my talented team mates and join us with your unique creation; we would love to see what you came up with!

Marlena, how wonderful that you drew inspiration from both the mood board and the black-dress wedding you attended. Your card is striking; the swoosh of Black Soot ink definitely creates a tulle effect. Wonderfully creative, my friend!

Wow, that black ink swipe does look like tulle! A lovely inspired design for your wedding card! Julia xx
