I framed the penguin with a deckle trimmed panel and the circle is somewhat framing the snowflakes.

Love the penguin pair, and it's beautifully framed both by the red deckle frame and the circle of snowflakes.
I love the frame within a circle design and the penguins are a great choice.
Cute image, it reminds me of a brooch I gave my mother some years ago. The red frame adds a little pop of color in a nice way.

Polka-dots and snowflakes are wonderful all on their own, but when you add the sweet penguins...ohmystar! Gorgeous card; love it!
