Joy at Christmas, and Always

I am on the Christmas cardmaking train for now.

It's a great idea, really.  Why not now, before all the hustle and bustle. ;)

ODBD Stamping In Time: On Assignment Challenge(SNTODBD38) challenges us to make Christmas cards using our ODBD stamps.

I have always loved ODBD As You Graduate.  I was excited to find a way to use it for Christmas.

I think silver embossing is the answer.

I layered it over embossing, and highlighted the embossing with a bit of Brilliance silver ink.

The sentiment is taken from Nehemiah 8:10 in ODBD Scripture Collection 6.

Joy is a simple Christmas message.

It should be a daily message to share, don't you think?

I have added a decent deposit of cards to my Christmas stash while contributing to this challenge.  You should give it a try! ;)
Thanks for stopping in. ;)

Stamps: ODBD As You Graduate, ODBD Scripture Collection 6
Ink:Versamark, Brilliance Starlite Silver, silver embossing powder
Other: Spellbinders Label Eleven, Ellison Tim Holtz Rays embossing folder, Sizzix embossing folder for the strip behind the sentiment

Very creative Marlena! I skipped that challenge because I didn't have any ODBD Christmas stamps. I'm working on acquiring all the scripture collections. Just ordered collections 3 & 4.
