I was asked for business cards, so I ordered a stamp based off a sketch by my talented daughter. 

On Etsy, you can find the company Stamped With Love XOXO.

I've ordered various personalized stamps and they've always given me a preview.

The self inking stamps are AMAZING too.

I went with a rubber stamp so I could use different colors.

The Ton Stamps Happy Palm, Honey Bee Studios Inside Thankful Sentiments stamps and dies, Darice Bamboo EF

Next: I snapped pics on how I like to make the most of sentiment/die sets like these (I'm sure most of you have a system in place).

Before I used this the first time, I figured out which dies went with which sentiment.

I want to make sure I use this Honey Bee Stamp set as much as possible, but this little step should make it easier the next time I ink it up.

It's easier to grab the corresponding die if I have them arranged fairly similar on a magnet sheet

(trust me...some look very similar. If you don't organize them, you won't know if you grabbed the wrong one, until it's too late).

By stamping multiple sets in a sitting...I get more bang for my buck.

 

Also, I can put them back in the order I matched them (in a group), if I've done multiples of at least six.

It's time for another challenge at INkspirational!

Unfortunately, I need a sympathy card.

So I picked up the elements of birds and reeds from this photo.

I didn't think the colors were appropriate for a such a somber occasion, so I used neutral gray and green to create with.

I achieved this look by inking up an embossing folder with black, and running it through my machine.

I love Christmas!

I want to ease my way into it though.

 I'm not quite ready for all things winter.

When I heard Christmas music playing in a store yesterday, it made me a lil' panicky. ;)

  I don't know about you...but I need a wee more time for the music, snowflakes, all the things. ;)
