Amazing Pineapple

My card was inspired by this photo~picture a pink pillow on a grey couch.

Friend Flowers

When I started this clean and layered card~I began with this inspirational photo.
 

I focused on the white flowers, blue vase and orange butterfly.

After trying to make the focal panel work on a neutral base, I went with a colorful dotted cardbase.

I have a friend who could use a bright, happy card right about now.

Bumpy washi is fun for texture~

it's got circles AND it's metallic!!!

I already got one "stamp" (ha!) of approval from my daughter who caught a view of this card.

She said "Ooooh, I love superhero fonts like that!!!".


YAYY!!

Spring Trees

This is literally how our trees look at the moment~tiny blossoms here and there.

Realistically speaking, they sit on bare branches.


But I can do what I want ;).

I sure am~I don't know why I don't do this more often!

I was inspired by the challenge at 

Create Along With Us April 2017.

Nichole Heady's red and blue double tag project for  

April 2017 Release:Day Two had me smitten.

I started with reds and blues and double tagged it.

Then I ended up creating a card too.

It might be because I'm wearing pajama pants.

I haven't had the luxury to do so all week.

 I'm not worried about getting embossing powder on me, so I went for it!

 I should probably keep embossing while I have the day to do so~
