~PTI Pinterest~

Papertrey Ink's 5th Anniversary Day 5 is here!

The challenge is to create a project inspired by a Pinterest image.

I am inspired by the Pinterest photo here that Danielle Flanders pinned.

Gorgeous felt pillows of grey and pink!
I brought out my PTI Wreath for All Seasons for this card.

I also brought out my quilling papers for a little something in the corner.

~Have a blessed day~

~Grunge Burst of Color~

(Papertrey Ink Grunge Me,Staz On ink fuschia and red,Inkadinkadoo blue,Ranger Tim Holtz Mustard,Georgia Pacific white cardbase)

I get to squeeze one more card in for Papertrey Ink's 5th Anniversary Day 4!

This time I used Danielle Flanders' colors.

It took about five tries to avoid finger painting the white areas. ;)

I'm also entering this in OLW 78:Circles,Circles Everywhere.

There has to be at least 5 circles on a one layered card.
My sketch is borrowed from Card Patterns Sketch 151.

It inspired me to put my colorful Grunge burst in the corner.

Thanks for stopping by and peeking. ;)

~5th Anniversary Day 4~

The party is still going on...fun fun fun!

Today Nichole Heady's challenge is to pick a color combo from one of the PTI designers.

I chose Maile Belles' colors

and used what I had.

One of my girlies saved her money for an I-Touch and just received it this week.

Not to sound like a dinosaur, but how far technology has come!

I kept her case graphic to make this card:

(Papertrey Ink Grunge Me,Papertrey Ink eyelet lace border die,Bazzill cardstock,MS ink,Memento ink and marker)

I am also entering this in DYSU #57 Anything Goes.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by. ;)

~A Beautiful Bow, Bird, and Cafe Colors~

I have several challenges I am inspired by today.

One of the easiest, was picking who to case for

Our Daily Bread Designs ODBDSLC95: Secret Admirer Case.

I picked Betty Wright!

Her style is her own, and I can pick her stunning work in a lineup!

Her signature bow is what I'm ATTEMPTING to case.

Please know that bows are not my strong point

(I even went to a free bow class when I was a teen...and I just don't have the knack).

I still try now and again, though.

Hope I get an "A" for effort for this tulle bow.

(ODBD You Will Find Refuge,Bazzill paper,Memento ink,PTI eyelet lace border die negative,Sizzix texture plate and Sizzlet corner die)

My colors were chosen for

The Play Date Cafe PDCC117

I am also linking this to Flourishes Timeless Tuesday #155: Fly Away With Me.

Have a blessed evening. ;)

~Flashback Friday 20.0: First B&W~

Amy has some awesome goodies for Flashback Friday 20.0.

Guest designer Jen Johns picked "first black and white card" as the challenge.

Here is Fly Butterfly that I created last May:

It was originally intended as a graduation card (I was entering a challenge and that was the inspirational goal).

However, the Lord laid it on my heart to give it to someone who was shackled to guilt.

It's hard to shake yuck and fly free, isn't it?

It is totally worth your while to stop over at Amy's and participate!

I'm heading over there right now.
