~Make It Monday PTI Coasters~

I invested in PTI coasters awhile back-I highly recommend the purchase!

I literally ran to my table while Jennifer Ellefson's tutorial was playing, and spritzed, cut and textured within a couple of minutes!

Here is my card:

(Papertrey Ink Fruit Fusion apple die,Communique Curves Sentiments,DCWV Natural stack,Bazzill cardstock,Memento ink tuxedo black,Cuttlebug embossing folder,Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Pink Bubblegum, quilling paper)

I love perfect strips of cardstock that's been trimmed off of a card.

I folded the DP and cardstock over the base and stapled.

A very easy thank you card!

~There's a Party~

I almost missed a party.

A great party going on at Nichole Heady's.

It's Papertrey Ink's 5th Anniversary.

Today (2nd day) you get to know the wonderful and talented stamp designers...and

there are freebies to download!

Go get 'em!

Here is my card using Dawn McVey's design.

(Papertrey Ink downloaded graphic,Papertrey Ink Grunge Me,Spellbinders scalloped and classic circles,American Crafts AC cardstock,Georgia Pacific white card base,Memento ink angel pink, quilling paper)

I combined her image with some stamped Grunge Me elements (my Go-To  set).

Once again, I brought out my quilling paper for a fun ribbon.
Thanks for stopping by...make sure you take advantage of those wonderful samples!

~A Touch of Whimsy,Quilling, and CAKE!~

It's funny that I won a chuckle set from Skipping Stones:You Know You're Getting Old When a week or so ago.

I just turned 42.

Tell you what, I felt GREAT on Sunday, my birthday.

I felt better than I did at 30.  REALLY!

But almost everyday since, well, a headache here or odd pain there.

Hmmmm

What's going on?

Maybe God gave me grace that day. ;)

Anyway, I REALLY love the whimsical cake in that set and wanted to participate in their sketch challenge.

Skipping Stones #113

Awesome sketch, right?

Thank you, Skipping Stones, for the delightful win that turned out a gift! ;)

Also, thank you Jingle for sending it out in time for my big day!

My yummy colors AND CAKE are inspired by

Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger Fancy Schmancy

How can you get this yum out of your head?

I can't!

Finally, the whimsy was searched out and thought about for Inspired By #9

You know, Minnie likes pink just as much as RED...I KNOW...I just went to Disney World this past Fall and she is totally cool with it. ;)
