Bubble Wrap Card

Can't bring myself to toss out gorgeous black bubble wrap envelopes from Brutus Monroe.

 

A fan club member recently suggested a challenge using their packaging and products.

I was inspired to use their Foundation Circle Dies 

(they cut in one hit) and came up with this:
