Polka Dots on a Sympathy Card

Polka dots on a sympathy card?

Really?

No, I'm not trying to make a painful, sudden death light...

but rather...honor the sweet, sweet spirit of one who was taken while she still had so much LIFE left, you know?

This wasn't the route I originally planned for

however, it IS a card I had been putting off making.

To Mrs. Coast...

a beautiful, beautiful ray of light who is home.

I don't think this feels inappropriate as a sympathy card, Marlena. It is lovely. Sorry to hear about your friend. :(

Awww, how sad and sweet. Very sorry for your loss, Marlena. You have certainly succeeded in capturing what you intended with this card. It's beautiful! So glad you joined the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge!

A beautiful way to honor someone Marlena! To make a card inspired by the person themselves...I'd say that's a perfect design! And...it's beautifully done!
