It took me a few tries to achieve this gradient look with two powders (pink and lime).
The only downside was, I couldn't pour the extra powder back in the containers...I didn't want to contaminate the pure colors.
I designated a "mixed" container for times like these...it will be interesting to see what color combo results after a few months.
These two stems are from Papertrey's Rosie Posie~they are easy to line up and fun to work with.
I brought out my beads and sequins and scattered them about with Glossy Accents glue.

After getting my image the way I wanted it, I took the plunge and embossed the sentiment in yellow over it.
I must admit~I was a bit nervous about overheating it.
I love the outcome though!

Your gradient look looks just fabulous, Marlena! I hear you on the "contaminating" your embossing powder thing, though. Sweet card!
Wow, Marlena, can't wait to try this look. Colors are striking!
Great card! Love how your embossing has that gradient of color.
Oooh, love how you used the stem from Rosie Posie! This is gorgeous!
You took this to a new level Marlena! Love the way this turned out. New way to use an older stamp, well its still new to me because I bought it so late.
Ooooo! LOVE the look of layers here without all the bulk, Marlena! And the black is so warm with those shades of red and orange! Scrumptious!
This turned out really neat, Marlena! I like the layered sentiments and image...so very fascinating the way you did this.
This is beautiful Marlena!
Wow Marlena, you've got a TON going on here without it feeling busy ... that's fantastic! Love the embossing over the debossing!! Fabulous effect. And the gradient color embossing!
Hey Marlena! Thanks for linking this up to the Use 10 Different Embellishments Challenge in the Moxie Fab World! I'm so glad you joined in on all the fun! :)
