~Get Well~

I don't make many of these cards.

I should.

Get Well cards seem to be needed on my spot of the globe.

I was mesmerized by the inspirational photo at

It's the coolest/weirdest outfit I have ever seen.

For me, cool and weird are synonymous.

Mostly.

I mean, where did those flowers APPEAR from...and check out the funky jacket~

I can't take my eyes off of this outfit.

I incorporated crimping to mimic the pinstripes and tried to make the flowers APPEAR, somehow.

I followed the sketch from

I am blessed by your visits~ thank you!

I love your stamping - looks like flourishes and has so much motion to it, and the highlighted coloring is stunning! Very pretty!

Love the way you used crimping to echo the striped pants! And putting the sentiment in orange is a fantastic idea. I'm so glad you played along with the Runway Inspired Challenge.

I totally thought that was patterned paper, Marlena! Love the pattern you created with French Country. Such soothing colors and design, perfect for the sentiment!

I love reading about how you translated aspects of the inspiration into your card! I'm ALSO a fan of cool and weird! (although your card is not weird at all!! hehe). Thanks so much for joining us on the Runway!
