~Autumn Waits & a Hand Stitched Leaf~

is hosted by Heather this week.

Hand stitching on a card!

I pierced holes through my embossed leaf (just like Heather instructed) and then back stitched with embroidery thread.

Yes, it took some time, but

I like the thick, finished texture.

The recipient will KNOW you put some heart and soul into it. ;)

Autumn Awaits

Her blueish slacks make the orange pop~just like the blue panel in my card accomplishes.

I love throwing blue and orange together.

I'm getting into the Autumn mood ~ sweaters and jeans~

how about you?

Too right- bring on the jumpers, jeans, soups and hot puddings! I'm not good with bikini weather. Love your textural take on the Trigger. The colours are awesome too x
