Winnie & Walter Happy Birthday to You, Tim Holtz Distress Inks Black Soot/Walnut Stain/Tea Dye applied with a brayer, sequins and Nuvo Drops
I took three neutral colors and brayed a huge section..then trimmed the best sliver for a simple card.
I went ombre ~
I also embellished with sequins and Nuvo Drops~
