It's time for a new challenge at INkspirational!
This time it's Pia's choice, and she prompted us with the Spotlight Technique.
I tried to keep it simple (many times simple gets it done).
I grabbed the nearest remnant and placed it over this stamped image I had to have (leftover framing from a sentiment die).
I then colored with Copics within the framing.
I'm also submitting this to
Simon Says (Wednesday): Use Patterned Paper
(which I kept in mind when adding a patterned paper background).
