Heart Goes Woot

Botanical Heart stamp from Simon Says Stamp doesn't need much.

I inked it up with Brutus Monroe Alabaster Pigment on Slate cardstock and added thin strips of mirrorstock and a few prism sequins.

Angel Wings

I started with stenciling Terry's wings ...used the circle die as an embossing plate and ended up here~

He was sitting there, already fussy cut from another project and I wanted to use him.

I love that I could match up the new Brutus Monroe Pastel Deco~that pattern is one of my faves!

Anything But a Rectangle

A challenge prompt from Brutus Monroe's fan club called for a shaped card (anything but a Rectangle).

 I'll admit I wasn't gonna tackle this one, but

this card practically made itself ;)-it's one of those creative moments I rolled with.

Hardest part was figuring out how to logistically connect two diamonds (angled squares).

I found this scrap piece to anchor the panels to; I have so many of these laying around from trimmed card bases.


 I usually use them for sentiment dies, but I like this new discovery!

Gnome One Like You

I paper pieced this card, prompted by a challenge at the fan club.

I don't know when I've last paper pieced, but the prompt and this mushroom pattern inspired me. ;)
