~Time to Celebrate~

It USED to be that on New Year's Eve, you'd see this scene everywhere in HI.






My sister bought me this cute stamp from Sister Stamps.


I wanted it to remember our
 last New Year's Eve (2011) we spent with my family in which major fireworks were allowed without permits in HI.


It sounded like everyone was taking FULL ADVANTAGE of the freedom before the partial fireworks ban was in effect.



Some were so powerful, the whole house SHOOK!



I am always looking for an excuse to use my fringe scissors (it was my first  "fancy papercrafting tool").

    Fun card Marlena! I totally remember those fireworks growing up and how the streets would be covered in red paper for days afterwards. Good times:) Thanks for joining us at FYI.
