~A Bit of Sand and Love~

I bought a container of sand months ago from Target for about 5 bucks, and I'm finally going to use it!

My girlies wondered what I would do with it.

I joked that if I missed Hawaii too much after getting back...I would pour it in a bowl and squish my toes in it. ;)

I didn't.

This sand is toe free (at least from my toesies). ;)

Funny thing, I could have shook out my shoes after getting back and I would have had the amount I used for this card.

For Free.

Oh well.

That wouldn't have been as classy, I guess. ;)

I love the patterned paper from the Authentique Fresh collection!

It's what's featured in the

I married this paper with some beautiful Waltzingmouse stamps from Paris Nouveau and French Country to create this anniversary card for my sister-in-law and her husband.

They love the beach.

I am also linking up to the

The Great Outdoors

In case you're wondering what die I used for the

inner greyish panel~ it was shaped with a large Spellbinders Lattice Rectangle die.

I fit a smaller piece just past the line where the rectangle becomes a border.

I think it looks beachy~almost like coral~ with interesting points.

I appreciate your visits so much~thank you for stopping by today friends! ;)
